Fitday Help Needed
I need some help interpreting the FitDay reports. For the past week FitDay calculates I am ingesting 64% fat, 5% carbs and 32% protein. Is that good/bad? Should ratio of fat to carbs to protein be lowered/upped? I am asking because I have only lost 4 lbs in 2 months. I think I have reached a pleateau and don't know what to do next. And, yes I work out 5 days a week and lift weights. Others I know doing Atkins, do not work out and they are melting before my eyes. And, yes some of them weigh more than me, but some weigh less than me. In fact, they are cheating and still loosing weight. I think I need to make some changes in my diet, but don't know what! Any suggestions?
