According to Atkins the sticks will stop measuring at 40-50g carbs, although you can still be in ketosis. You only stay in ketosis for induction and OWL, when you enter premaintanance and maintanance you should be out of it. For some people thier upper limit of carbs is 20, for those who workout regularly they can go up to over 100g a day and maintain. Each is different.
