Default Induction, do you count eggs as part of your carbs?

I am going back on induction today and was wondering if you count the eggs or not? Sorry if this has already been covered before all the water is making me running to the bathroom so I don't have much time..

Thanks,
Kat

Yes, eggs have carbs. I recommend you get an account a Fitday.com. It's free.
When I didn't use Fitday I was estimating wrong and stalling. When I started using Fitday I started loosing again. Fitday will calculate everything for you.
Good luck!

Yes, you must count eggs ~ in fact, you must count every carb.

1 medium egg is about 0.6 carbs - not too much.

For me it would depend on what else was in the diet. Rememebr coffee, cream, and so on also have carbs.

What could be a good idea is to just use fitday as sugegsted for a couple days. If you are consistantly around 20g net each day, then count all. If you hit around 15g net, then maybe don't worry as much.

Check your vitamins for hidden carbs, stay away from low carb "net carb" products, and eat tons of veggies. It's really hard to get over 20g net having veggies each meal if you don't have the extras or alot of dairy.
