Default Atkins Products Are In Vancouver

For anyone that is interested, I found Atkins Bake Mix and Atkins chocolate Shake Mix and Advantage Bars at the GNC store in Brentwood Mall on Lougheed Hwy. The Bake Mix is $20.00 per can. They said it should be in all the GNC stores but I don't know haven't checked all out. So is the bake mix tastey? I didn't want to buy it and not like it. Let me know.

I found ALL of atkins products disgusting in comparison to the other brands of lc things that are out there.
I am a huge shake drinker and the first time i tried Atkins shakes i litterally dry heaved
I suggest Keto as the brand to buy...it is by far the best and i've tried alot of different brands

I do have one can of bake mix from atkins from when i first started this wol and i use it now as the base to make 'breading' on seafood and chicken etc. It works great for that..i wouldn't dare 'bake' with it though!

Thanks Jenn, that's what I needed to know. I didn't want to spend $21.00 on something I wasn't going to use. I'm not generally one for using yucky tasting items. Cheers!!

I got some for about $17.99 at one place (Nutrition House, Lougheed Mall), then saw it for $16.49 at another health food store there (there are 4, including GNC in that mall). Anyway, so far, have just used it once, to make pancakes and it was ok.

BTW, Nutriton House had Pure De-Lite choco bars, a lot of flavours and People's Drug Mart at the McBridge & 8th Ave shopping center had a bunch of Ross choco bars..
