Hi LC Family!
I've been low-carbing off and on for most of my adult life...it definitely kept me from spinning out of control up the ladder of carb-addiction....i've been aware of my addiction to (for me) pretzels, bread and pasta....for many years.
QUESTION:....I'm not really FAT now....I'm 5'7" and about 145...
I want to be thinner. I've always been at the top of my "healthy" weight range....I want to experience that lower, very slim range.
Any thoughts or comments on those desires....am I dreaming? Should I be content with "ok" or is it possible at this late date (I'm 48) to really attain the "ideal" slim (I've got quite a belly on me) figure?
Just a thought....I probably will be very happy when I reach my goal of 137-8....and won't want to go any lower for health's sake...but...has anyone out there really gone to "thin"....ever? with low-carb?
Thanks all.
