Default does anyone eat more later in the day?

Although I eat every 2-3 hours throughout the day, I find I consume close to half of my calories in my dinner/ post dinner snack.

Is this a problem? I just finished lunch and am at 600 calories for the day so far... I usually eat about 1600 or so total.

Here is a sample of my menu (yesterday's):

Bfast 8AM (430 cals)
1/4c. irish oatmeal mixed w/ 1/3c. lowfat cottage cheese, dash Splenda & cinnamon
8oz coffee w/1oz heavy cream & 1 oz Da Vinci syrup

Snack 10:30 (90 cals)
2 oz turkey slices

Lunch 1pm (500 cals)
Chicken fajita salad w/ 4 c. lettuce, 6 oz. chicken, 1/4 avocado, 1/4c salsa fresca, 1/8c. black olives

Snack 3:30 pm (90 cals)
2 oz turkey slices

Gym-- LBWO, 6:30 pm

Dinner, 7:30 pm (700 cals)
Mediterranean chicken salad (550 calories, 6 oz chicken w/ cooked spinach, basil, bell pepper, feta, kalamata olives, lemon juice)
1 slc complete protein bread w/ 1 Tsp peanut butter (150 cals)

Snack 10pm (150 cals)
1oz goat cheese

Does this look ok? I worry about "backloading" my food, but this is when I am most hungry.
