HELP!-Where Do I Go To Discuss Hellers' Diet

Hi,

I've looked over these boards, and cannot find anyone discussing the Hellers' Diet. Any advice? I want to start this diet, and need lots of advice before doing so.

You're in the CAD/CALP forum so this is the right place!

I'm not a follower of the plan but anyone who is would first advise you to read the Heller's books, CAD and CALP. If you don't want to commit to buying a book, a library will have them. Knowing the basics will give you a good base to ask questions from and having the right information will be part of your success.

You can also read through the CAD/CALP forum to get a feel for what it is about.
