Question How to do Low Carb with BFL/weight training?

How do you guys combine low carb with BFL or weight training?

I need to stay pretty low carb due to some health issues. I would appreciate your insight.

Thanks, Kathy

I am too tired to do BFL on 20 carbs a day. I keep my carbs around 30 - 40. I eat good carbs like veggies, berries, and crispbread. I also do cardio (30 minutes) 5 - 6 x weekly instead of every other day. The weight training I do pretty much by the book + one yoga and one pilates class per week. Dallasalis

Have you read the sticky thread "LC and BFL: Tips and Hints" at the top of this forum? You'll find it has a wealth of info for you.
