It was the same for me......I didnt really see real results until I got into my 4th week. Now in my 6th week, Ive lost 13lbs. I have about 12oz coffee in the morning, mix half reg and decaf. I had put my goal weight as 140, but I am doing this so well that I think I will keep going if I get to my goal. I plan to get to my goal weight and then add carbs gradually so I can maintain this weight. But I think I will see just how much more I can lose past my goal weight first.
I keep my carbs between 15-25/day. Just depends on the day.
I think you are doing fine, just give it some more time!!!
