Tough weekend

I find my self wanting to eat off program and way to much. In the
morning I will have a few extra pounds to start working off. I have
no problems through the week only weekends. I weigh in every two
weeks with a four or five pound loss. If I could make a good weekend
in would be that much the better. Help is needed.
