How much do you exercise every day? I hate exercising, but force myself to jog on a treadmill a half an hour a day. I'm major LCing during induction. How much exercise do you find you need for weight loss?

Hello there,

When I first started Atkins, I didn't exercise for the first 2 weeks. I dropped about 12 lbs in that time. Then I stalled out and that is when I added 15 minutes on a stationery bike. I continued losing with that much exercise each day. Once I plateaued again, I upped my excercise to 20 minutes a day.

I would wait to see how much you drop in the first two weeks, and then add it in when you notice a slow down.
