My parents own a food processing facility. Recently a customer asked them if they would make low carbohydrate Bread & Butter Pickles. They did make a few cases, and the customer was overjoyed by the taste, and quality. Anyway I got to thinking that maybe some more people would want some.

I'd like to know what you think...if you think it is a great product where do you suggest that they market it?

Iam not sure where they could market it..But the compition is already out there...Mt. Olive pickles already sell a Splenda sugar free Bread and Butter...Baby Gerhkins...and sweet relish...I use the sweet relish in my Tuna salads and its very good...Big John
