Default Fruit2o lovers :)

I was shopping at BJ wholesale and saw Fruit2o icey cups.. I miss having an icey and have a very sore throat right now so it hit the spot. I bought a case for $6.79.. Not bad.

I am going to Super Walmart this weekend--in which section of the store are they found? I always have trouble finding low carb products there, because they are scattered throughout the store...

I love Fruit 2 0's....but I've never heard of the Icey cups. My favorite flavors of Fruit 2 0's are the Natural Peach and Natural Grape. Lemon and Strawberry are not bad either!!!!

Ohhhhh man.. I just noticed they are made with sugar alchohols.. Now why in the world ? Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.. That ticks my britches. It may say Splenda on the front but on the back it lists 8grams of sugar alchohols.

Is there a calorie and carb count on the label, with sugar alcohols included?

Darn those people! The Fruit20 beverage is perfect -- all Splenda, no sugar alcohols, no calories. Why did they have to ruin it?

Sugar alcoholcs are deducted from the net carbs on these new low carb labels, but a lot of people find that the sugar alcohols stall their weight loss and kick them out of ketosis, so some like to count them (or at least part of them) as carbs.

I don't think I've really had a problem with sugar alcohols, although i have noticed that my weight loss has decreased dramatically in the past month or so. Anyway to tell wether or not your in ketosis?
