Question Stackers?

I saw a thread on "stackers" for energy for workouts. It was ephedrine, caffene (sp) and asprin. What is the asprin for?


Another question: I was on Induction for 10 days and lost great. I got off 2 days and got back on. I used the Ketone sticks. On the 3rd day it was very mildly pink. Does the pinker color mean better results in fat burning? AND does it really take 3 days to get back to fat burning?

Just make sure you have about an hour or so to read it all!

But I believe the bottom line is...we're not terribly sure what the asprin is for. It's the e/c part of the stack that is most important.

Sorry to not be to helpful, but that's a summary of what I've learned on this board.
