Toning Time
Ok so I figure it is about time I start holding myself accountable for my exercise or lack thereof! I am at my goal weight but there is definitely some toning that still needs to be done and about 5 lbs that I could do without. Being a full-time student, working part-time, and volunteering as a researcher in a lab leaves me with little time for exercise but hopefully keeping this log will help motivate me. So here is todays pathetic log (hoping to get some cardio in tomorrow).
Tuesday:
Crunches: 200
Weight lifting: 5 lb weights for toning for 20 minutes
Walking: About 1 mile all around campus for my classes
