Fessing Up
I'm having a tough go of it lately. I work in the food industry and cannot seem to get back on the Atkins bandwagon. I know what and what not to eat. I know how to do this. I've lost the first 40 lbs (it was 50, but I gained back 10!) and you'd think I'd know how to get back on Induction and get moving the right direction again, but I'm not doing very well.
I have a habit of NOT eating. I don't get hungry or I don't remember to eat because I'm around food all day.
Is there anyone else out there in the food industry that can give me pointers on how to remember to eat when I'm cooking all day? All advice and help would be appreciated. Even if it isn't from a chef.
