Default How much fat do you eat??

I noticed several comments about making sure you are eating enough fat. Can you give examples of how much in a day? Maybe that can explain my very slow progress over the last year +. Five pounds a month for awhile, then stalls. It could be something else, but please let me know about the fat intake. Thanks!

There are going to be many varying opinions on this...

I think i stay around 70%fat/25%protein/5%carbs...
So don't be afraid of the fat...

Stuff such as mayo, oil, salad dressings(full fat/low carb)
Avacado's are also a great source of healthy fats.

You have done so well.. and you are 50% to goal... i would say you are doing well... we all stall no matter what our progress used to be...

Remember this is a WOL... so just get used to eating w/ these new patterns.. and the weight will take care of it's self...

Way to go.. you've done fabulously
