Unhappy Hit the "Stall" and fell in head first!

Well you all kept talking about stalling and I read and read all the advice and help I could get...and I am stuck here in stallville with no way out! HELP! I think I am going to have to kick the Low Carb bread out of my life... Anyone got any good advice?

Stick with it, you will finally break it. I got rid of the low carb bars and that helped me.
