During Induction you should not drink alcohol as you are trying to achive ketosis. The reason behind this is that your body will burn the alcohol sugars first befor any fat. This will cause stalls in weight loss.
I have a drink once a week or so and sometimes is stalls me for 2 days and sometimes it does not a thing to me. So it is up to you but it might stall you.
