Plateauing somewhere in the first month is very common. Holding the same weight for a week or more is quite typical. What you need to do is just have patience and persistence. This is where LOTS of people fall off the wagon - of ANY eating plan. Do double check that you are following things properly. You should increase your carbs a bit - but you aren't doing bad. Get another cup of green veggies into you a day.
I would recommed starting a journal and listing everything you eat - sometimes there are some simple mistakes that people make that they just don't see but that others can point out quickly.
Also, expect pretty slow weight loss from here on out. You are getting into the last ten pounds and, once you demonstrate to yourself that you are coming down again, you want to consider going into pre-maintenence and deliberately slowing things down so that you firmly lock in your final weight.
Hang in there - good things will happen.
