Wow, atiaran, thanks for pointing that out. Not that it's a significant increase, but still I want to make sure I have my counts right. I never noticed that.
I DID notice on the Atkins pancake mix I bought that the carb count is entirely confusing, and it doesn't actually end up being that low carb as it advertises!! The package says net 3 carbs, but that is per serving. Well, acorrding to the label it makes 4 pancakes prepared. BUT, in the next sentence it says that there are 10 servings in the bag. So it confuses you. So in actuality, each pancake is about 2.5 servings, or 7.5 carbs. Well, that's a lot of freaking carbs for one measly pancake! I threw it in the cupboard and will stick to my pork rind-faux french toast which tastes great to me. Perhaps one day when I move into OWL I'll make the pancakes.
