Default Oh NUTS!

Refresh my memory please.
I only eat TRUE nuts that are high in fiber and fat.
No peanuts/I know they are not nuts/they are legumes and do
contain more carbs than true nuts.

If I have a serving or two of almonds, pecans, walnuts
or mac nuts daily and they have only 1-2 net carbs per serving,
now why would that stall someone? I've never had a problem with TRUE nuts / only PEAnuts. I do not eat the whole jar of nuts by the way and
I do know that 1/4 cup IS ONE serving.

I do mind portion sizes and strive to eat normal meals in all respects
outside of minding my carbs.

Thanks.
