Question What are you eating on Good Friday for protein?

Just wondering. I have been eating tuna on Fridays lately. Just wondered what everyone else was eating?

Have eaten.........Swordfish steak, grilled plain with a little salt and pepper. Then melted butter. Really good but so expensive.

Cauliflower and broccoli with melted cheese topping as vegetables.

As I move into Holy Saturday, planning Easter Sunday meal.

Roast lamb already bought, which we will slow roast with rosemary and thyme.

Have a happy Easter

Creme cheese
Macademia nuts
and for dinner...
Shrimp sauted in butter, then add some red hot sauce, 2 tablespoons of Classico Four Cheese Pasta Sauce, and Parmigan Cheese
Quite nice.
