Talking frog legs

I made frog legs today and used spicy pork rinds as the breading. They were very good! I couln't find a carb count for the frog legs. I figure since they are meat the carbs must be low. Does anybody have an idea what the count is?

According to http://www.elviradarknight.com/diabetes/cajun.html ,

Two steamed frog's legs have 45 calories, no fat, and no carbs!!

Wow, you might be on to something here!

MMM....Froglegs!

Ok, so I've never tried them, but I'd LOVE to some time. I've never eaten a seafood that I didn't like. I'd LIVE at Red Lobster if I could. LOL. Do they taste like other types of seafood or are they more like "chicken"?

Ohhh I love frog legs. The last time I had them though I was a kid and they were so rich I got sick as all heck. I would still love to be able to find some and make them up.

You'd think in a place like here you would be able to find them easier.

I know I should really try these. But, I am not sure I can bring myself to do it. Heck, I can't even eat shrimp because the tails are still on them! Pathetic huh?
