Default Glucose and glucose polymers

I am new to this forum but not the CKD/BodyOpus. I have been browsing and have not found any specific posts to satisfy a point I was curious about.

Are the supermarket sports drinks containing high fructose corn syrup and sucrose less effective during carb loading than the higher grade glucose and glocose polymer products found at nutrition stores?

Are the two hour intervals for carb loading through the night worth the effort?

I desire to effectively supercompensate for the anabolic effect. The increased eating is counterproductive and defeating if for the pleasure of consumption alone.

I own the book and have read it. It is very specific scientifically on the issue of supercompensation. Primarily liquid glucose and glucose polymers and starches at two hour intervals for the first 24hrs. Does stricter adherance produce greater results.

Thanks in advance for any input.

it seems to be the general consensus that fructose and especially HFCS are not good during the carb load phase.

Default Just as I thought

I appreciate the feedback. It confirms my own conclusion. As I had stated in my original post, I desire to get the supercompensation done, asap, period, over and done. Once I get the carb eating machine going it has a mind of it's own. I believe I will invest in the better glucose products to be more efficient and effective.
Thanks again...
