Hi Sara, Pollyanna,

I would love to join in also. I have 18 lbs more to loose, I started at 170. I made a lot of progress last year but seem to be stuck at the moment.

Hey Sara, I would love to join also. I have 20 lbs to lose (hopefully less when I weigh in on Monday). I really am having a hard time this go round with Atkins.
MINI GOAL: I am hoping to be ~130 by the end of February.
GOAL : I am determined to get to 120 by July 1st. I am in a friend's wedding that day & I want to look good.

Hey Jenni- Thanks for reminding me. I have a wedding in May to go to. I don't want to be remembered as 'the fat friend' at her wedding. She's beautiful and VERY thin.

I'll join if that's ok. I only have my "mini" goal posted as 140, but I'd really like to get between 135-130...So...that would be about 16 or so more pounds....

These are the hardest to lose but I could sure use the support!!

I just don't get weight. After my daughter, I weighed about this, but I can't even come close to getting those pants done up. I weigh the same, but I'm WAY bigger. What gives?

Hello Gals,

We all know our body changes after having children. But if you work really hard at it you can get back in those clothes. I know, I have been there. I stayed thin for years before I started gaining weight again. And now I find it is even harder to lose. But I am not giving up. I think that we have to keep a possitive attitude no matter what. With that in mind, I know I will not reach my goal this month, so I will adjust them to something I can achieve.

How was everybody's weekend?

Well I hope you all did better than myself this weekend! I did stray a tiny bit from the diet! I went to a Southern Living party (home interiors type of party) on Friday & the amount of food sitting out was crazy & so tempting. I did have a few crackers with dip. I found myself standing at the table they were sitting on. Once, i moved myself away I did MUCH better. Anyway I don't think that I blew it TOO bad.

I am back on track today, its a NEW week hopefully that will result in weight loss!

Good Evening,

Hope everyone has had a good weekend. Mine was fairly good. I managed to stick with the LC pretty much, although I did cheat a little on Friday, but yesterday and today I managed to stay on track.

Jenni, you did good. Sometimes I feel that if we really have to have something we need to just do it as long as it is in moderation. Otherwise we feel deprived and that can lead to a real eating binge.

Well the scale hasn't move in over a week. I guess I am thankful that it has moved up!!! I know here pretty soon I will have to lose a pound I can't be stuck at 140 forever!! Hope everyone has a wonderful day!
