Default SICKNESS

I'VE BEEN SICK FOR THE PAST COUPLE OF DAYS AND HAVE BEEN EATING NEXT TO NOTHING. I'VE BEEN TRYING TO EAT LITTLE BITS HERE AND THERE, BUT I HAVE NO APPETITE. I DEFINITELY FEEL LIKE I'VE LOST SOMETHING DURING THIS TIME. MY QUESTION IS,WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I GO BACK TO EATING WHAT I WAS EATING. NOW I'M AFRAID I'LL GAIN THE WEIGHT BACK. HAS ANYONE HAD THIS HAPPEN?

I am very sorry you aren't feeling well. Normally the ill feeling passes around the 4th or 5th day.

Drinking lots of water helps flush the toxins out of your system.

As for you question:
Didn't your old eating habits make you gain weight in the first place? Only stands to reason that by going back to those old habits you would put the weight back on.

Which is why this diet becomes a way of life. It is to help you learn new eating habits. Those habits that instead of making you gain weight you can actually lose or even maintain that perfect weight for yourself.

The first 2 weeks are always the toughest.

Hope you feel better soon and good luck.

Default THANKS

AGONYCAT,
THANKS FOR YOUR WELL WISHES. I WASN'T SICK FROM THE DIET THOUGH, I MEANT I WAS FLU/COLD SICK.
I APPRECIATE YOUR RESPONSES. YESTERDAY I STARTED EATING REGULAR AGAIN. I THINK I JUST HAVE TO GET MY BRAIN TO UNDERSTAND IT'S OK TO EAT WHAT I'M EATING. I'VE ALWAYS BEEN A LOW FAT EATER. THIS IS A SHOCK TO MY SYSTEM. AND MY MIND.
THANKS FOR YOUR HELP!
