You know that isn't a bad idea... I use to subscribe to a cooking magazine but didn't renew for the new year being that most of the recipes were NOT LC!!!

I didn't renew my diabetes magizines or my Sunset subscription because the receipes were all high carb. I really miss the garden section of the Sunset, but I don't miss the low carb bashing of the Diabets Forcast.

Hello aalley,

I started to wonder the same thing and did a search for low carb magazines but came up with nothing in print. Amazon has a ton of books though.

Hummm... give it time I am sure one of the publishing companies will give in to it soon and realize like everyone else this is something we want! (like subway ect.)

I will keep my eyes peeled.
Sarah

I think the online resources for LCing are so rich that that has impeded the development of deadtree versions of LC mags.

I think LowCarbLuxury is pretty shallow. I think Lora's website is must stronger at http://www.talkinglowcarb.com/forum....php?forumid=5/

There is actually a low carb magazine called CarbHealth Magazine. It's not available in the shops, just by subscription. Full details can be found here.

It is worth pointing out that it is still in it's infancy and is an A5 sized booklet, rather than a glossy magazine.

However, despite that, it is still an interesting read

Try:
http://lowcarbenergymagazine.com/

They have a bi-monthly magazine and the first issue will hit newsstands nationwide on June 1, 2004. They have a free newsletter via email right now.
Hope this helps!
Leigh
