Default water

Is anyone else having trouble getting down enough water? I seem to be able to only get down between 48 & 64 ounces & I'm sure that is not enough! I do drink coffee (decaf) in the morning and maybe once in a while a diet pepsi.

Thanks in advance.

My suggestion (which helped me)

Get a bottle - 24 oz - and make a deal that you will drink one bottle every 2 hours or so during the day.

I went with a smaller container not larger. I take a 5oz cup-like little bathroom cup-fill to the brim then drink it down. Thats not much-so I do it again. Then take another to my desk and drink in next half hour or so. That happens
twice before lunch and once after. 45 to 60 oz( I do 3+1)
Then I have at least 2 coffee cups full of hot water and a 10oz or so glass at lunch and supper. It all adds up.

Water intake is my focus for this month. I'm not sure I'm getting enough either, but I've cut out all other beverages unless I'm eating out. Which isn't often, maybe once a week.
I carry a water bottle with me everywhere. I realize it is going to take me some time to work up to level of a water I need to be drinking daily.

The most trouble I have is drinking enough water when I'm at work (we're not allowed to have drinks at our desks), so I try to make frequent trips to the kitchen. I also try to make it up when I get home, but I do get in about a gallon per day. If I don't, I don't lose
