Hi My name is Fran and I am fairly new to this site I have been looking over some recipes I would like to make and ran into a problem Maybe you guys can help me out
Can erythritol be used instead of malitol and if so is it teaspoon for teaspoon I have found things with malitol and I don't get along very well and Etythritol doesn't bother me I just found the chart on stevia which I have used for years and now am using splenda so that chart will be helpful but I don't want to mess up a cake by using wrong amounts
