Thanks for your replies folks!

I sort of stopped losing after the first 19 days. Hadn't lost another ounce in almost two weeks even though I was sticking to it faithfully, so I'm trying the fat-fast to see if I can quick-start my engines. We'll see. It's day two of the fat-fast and I am SOOO hungry, but I can do anything for four or five days.

Hope all are losers! ;-)

Hi kathroon,

The fat fast is an atkins method for speeding up the fat-burning process. It involves eating 1000 calories per day of very high fat foods for 4-5 days, then 1200 calories for a week, followed by a return to induction. We'll see how it works!

Peace!

don't dispair, lots of people have a catch up period of time after the first 2 weeks drop, especially if it is as big as your's was. that is

You have lost more than me and I've been doing this very seriously for a month, just played around with it till after christmas.

Just wanted to say on your progress so far!!!

Just keep telling yourself in a year I will be looking and you will the real you that's just waiting to get out!!
