Default Cindy's Gym Log

I am beginning this log to track my progress with my workouts to see what works and what doesn't. I am looking forward to getting back to my pre-pregnant weight. I wish to lose some weight before I go back to work in March. Hopefully approx. 30lbs I would like to lose 65 by June to celebrate my anniversary!!!


Let's get moving!!!

Hey girl.....nice to see u starting a gym log......

and also nice to have company again

I am sure you can do this esp. at home.....thats nice on the days where u really pooh out after workouts.
I tend to schedule my tuff ones for my wednesday = off...then I can just crash for a bit when the kids are gone.

I'll make sure and visit here often...so keep up the journaling hehe

I dropped 3 pds that day I was feeling sick...and think its a combo of both leptin depletiion and water drop. Maybe a bit low in iron too...I didn't take my supplemets as my stomach didn't agree .
Am leveled out again though....

I don't get the book till xmas but the next day is when it all begins!!! and on the 29 I am going to join the new gym!!!

Okay so I am back with a vengence!!

I joined the gym and got a personal trainer. Today was the first session and I am in pain..lol

We tried a few machines and i did some sets, it is a 9 machine total body circuit, and today we did the the shoulders,back and legs. So at home i did my arms and more thigh work.

cardio was the incline and the eliptical for 10 mins each.
25 upper abs crunches
20 lower ab
15 each obliques

today was a good day... good burn... whoo hoo
