Default How often do we change our stats?

I'm a little too new to jump right in and start a poll, but I wondered how often folks here change their weight stats in the profile? I was down a pound this morning and one of the first things I did when I visited here was adjust my current weight number down! Gotta have the right number!

So, how often? With every loss, or once a week? What's the majority?

Inanely,

-Nancy

I usually change my stats if there are no fluctuation for the week.

Hope this helps.

Wait - you change then if you have no change in your weight? Did I read that right?

I'm confused!

Talking Thanks Sharon

Yes, Sharon is exactly right. If my weight stays down for 1 week and not gain back then I change my stats.

Unfortunately for me, I have been hovering around the 160s for weeks now.

Default I'm going to do it weekly

The end of my second week is coming up so I have decided to change mine on my weigh day once a week.
