Default anyone see the lowcarb chefs...

Did anyone else see the Low carb chefs today on the view? they were showing how to make your kitchen carb proof. together they lost 270 pounds. They brought LC cheese cake and zuchini muffins. Joy was a bit negative and said stuff like "isn't that diet harmful for children?" and "oh that would never work for me"
anyway i went to their website and it wasn't bad it's

Hi, Jon.. Didn't catch the show, but will definitely look up the site. I'm working this week on perfecting (?) an acceptable pumpkin pie. Maybe they will have some help for me. BTW- I'm pretty new here, and am loving all the tips and advice from the seasoned professionals. Your before/after photos are very inspiring!

I've looked through thier recipes. The only problem I have is every single one in the muffins and desserts involve heavy whipping cream. Not to friendly for the lactose intolerent. Those carrot cake muffins with cheesecake frosting look dang good though, and Jake may be interested in the cannoli thing. I also don't have wheat bran, for some reason all I can find is the germ.
