Low Carb Summer Salad for maintainence phases...
Salad
1 12oz box of Mueller's Reduced Carb Rotini noodles (cooked and cooled)
1 small onion (chopped)
1 large cucumber (chopped)
1 package imitation crab flakes cut up (about 8 oz)
1/2 cup sliced almonds
Dressing
3/4 cup Mayo
1/2 cup Splenda
1/2 cup vinegar
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. celery salt (or powder)
Directions:
Mix salad ingredients in large bowl, set aside. Whisk together all dressing ingredients in large measuring cup. Pour dressing over salad and stir.
Serve chilled.
