Default Introduction

Hello everyone
I am new to this forum, although for about 6months I'd been reading your threads until I finally put my foot down and started Atkins recently on 26 March. I need plenty of guidance and help Since I have started I have lost 6 - 8lbs already, but I suspect it is water weight. My clothes are starting to fit better already

hi there and welcome!

Good on you for finally taking the plunge and for the 8lbs lost ...well done!

Yes you probably will have lost a bit of water weight...that's what induction is all about....but that's ok, some is fat and from now on you will certainly lose fat.

Keep it up

Lesley

I wanted to welcome you too. 8lbs is a great start! Stick with it & be patient. More pounds will surely follow those 8! We're all here to help with support, advice, & love. Good luck.
God Bless,
Amy-Lynne

Don't look a gift horse in the face! Hey, I feel so much better when I lose a few pounds of ANYTHING I don't give a fiddle of what it is composed! Ok. Not true, don't want to lose lean muscle, want to gain that...
