carb counters for my recipes

Does anyone know a good place where I can plug in my recipes and find out the carb and calorie count for them?

I don't believe the carb count I found on FitDay for chili without the beans....It seems really high....

As far as I know, fitday is the only one that's free. Did you know that you can customize your own ingredients with fitday?

Did you use a lot of tomatoes or tomato paste in the chili? A lot of onions? And, did you subtract the fiber from the total carbohydrates?
