Question Jerusalem artichoke pasta??

Has anyone tried this type of pasta? In Dana Carpender's new cookbook, she mentions that she uses it. I did an internet search and can't find any nutritional info on it. Does anyone know what the stata on it are?

Thanks.

Jerusalem artichoke is a root like veggie... almost like a potatoe... It is hi in carbs... Not sure what would the pasta be like...
