I am very confused. While you are on Induction, must you cound EVERY carb in EVERY thing you eat? It said on the atkin's website to eat liberally all meat, eggs, cheese etc. but it said nothing about counting THOSE carbs! I just figured you count the carbs of the extra things you would eat that arnt meat, eggs, etc. I have only been on induction for 3 days now but looking back on it I feel as if I've been doing it all wrong! HELP!
