Hi all,
Does anyone know where I can get a carb count etc. for prawns??
They are not listed in Fitday, nor the carb counter here at the forum. I have been invited out for supper, doing fresh prawns and I so want to have some.

Hi Dar,

At Fitday, if you browse "Fish"...."Shell Fish"....and click on "Shrimp", you'll see Prawn on the drop down list.

Didn't see that there the many times I tried to enter shrimp and got it all messed up...just shows it pays to read all the way to the bottom.
They were delish...sauted in garlic and butter...yummy
And next to no carbs...if they weren't so expensive, I would have them more often...right now they are on sale here for 6 for $6....these were fresh caught by friends family...so absolutely free...and many more than I would think of buying.
