Default Lost 4 stones today!

6 months on from starting this WOL I've now clocked up 4 stones weight loss
Next goal is 200lbs by Xmas which perhaps is not realistic, think I'll go for it anyway!
I'm over half way to my main goal. It's nice to get the positive coments form people, lots of people have noticed a big change and I can feel my self confidence starting to grow.

Impressive and amazing. I can't do all the little animations but I am sitting here waving like mad.
I have lost a fair amount too and agree that it is lovely to be merely overweight!

It is so helpful to have people out there rooting for you, isn't it?

I hopefully ( fingers crossed) will hit the three stone mark on Friday, and will have been on the WOL for exactly 4 months ! just desperate to get below the 13st mark , its awful, but at the moment Im wishing the weeks and my life away. cos I just want to get to this weight !!

Good Luck with reaching your Christmas target, mine is to weigh 12 st 12 so lets hope we both make it !!

That is brilliant news Muddy. Many Congratulations. I know how these milestones feel. I've managed to knock up 5 stones gone today, but it has taken me over 2 years to achieve this. Good luck on your next target.

Default New you!

What a loser! Congratulations and jubilations! What an encouragement and inspiration - well done you. It must be feeling really good at this stage. I'm some way behind you and have not yet got to the stage where it is really noticeable to people who don't know I'm on this WOE.

Keep it at - I need you blazing a trail for me to follow.

Well done you What an achievement that is - losing weight is so hard and keeping the motivation going is the hardest for me.

Good luck for your future weight loss
