Wow, Selina, that's wonderful. It's so very inspiring to hear about others' successes. How about updating your profile? Seeing that percentage icon move as you lose can be very motivating.
As for not losing for a week, don't be so hard on yourself. You've lost 51lbs and your body just needs to adjust to your new shape. This is quite common. Have you been taking your measurements? It has been my experience that during those slow losing weeks, the inches are coming off instead. Remember, you're working out and eating more protein which means you're building muscle mass, AND losing body fat. Muscle takes up 1/3 the volume of fat; so while you may indeed weigh the same, you take up less space
