Default new to LC, and all

Hi,
I am 28 and new to losing weight. I have 3 and 4 year old girls and am pretty sedentary, as a full-time student. I weighed in at 141lbs right before my first pregnancy, and the day she was born, weighed 211. yikes!
I haven't even really tried to lose the weight. i dropped to 165 with t he second baby, and was 190 when she delivered. Now I'm at 182, and started the Atkins plan today, along with my husband. My biggest concern is the seeming lack of veggies. I'm not much of a carnivore, and have also found myself really laying off of hard cheeses the last couple of years, so you can understand my trepidation about such an animal-centered way of eating.
I guess thats all. I am really excited about having a support group to turn to.
