We had our office luncheon today,and I had the spinich salad with chopped chicken in it. The only problem was that they messed up and put in a balsamic vinagrette in it rather than olive oil and plain vinegar on the side that I had asked for. Anyway, I ate it as I was the last served, it was delicious, but I am wondering if I blew ketosis with it?

I am very proud though that i did not have the breadsticks or the dessert, although everyone else did - talk about pressure!

I've never had any problem with balsamic vinaigrette, although I try to get red wine vinegar when I can. Unfortunately, I have discovered around here that a lot of restaurants only have balsamic vinegar. I can't remember the total carb count for balsamic vinegar, but it is not too bad, and as I said, it has never caused me any problems.

thanks Liz.....I was a bit worried - I do know tht whatever is in it has my stomach in knots...guess I am sensitive to it becuase I haven't had it in so long
