Sleeveless by Summer Challenge!

Ok who else is in? My focus this year will be on building a good strong (all around) body but for vanities sake I always wanted really nice arms. I haven't worn a tank top in the summer in years and I thought it had the basis for a challenge. I plan on taking before pictures today and after pictures June 1st.

I am bumping this up because here it is almost Jan 2006 I too would like to have awesome Angela Bassett arms

I doubt that will happen by June but anyone else want to work on the arms with us???
