Default the big tradeoff

I am on week 2 and have been eating around 20-30 carbs per day. i have lost 5 lbs. Is it ok to stay at this level? Will I still lose weight? Will it only slow me down? Is a "stall" a complete cessation of weight loss, or does it just slow down with a few more carbs? The reason I am eating a bit over 20, instead of under 20, is that my stamina during exercise is so much better. I also like my caffeine. I am just wondering if this is a legitimate tradeoff?

You can stay at that carb rate as long as you want. I am almost to my 4 month on Atkins and still stay around 20 carbs a day. It is up to you. That is what is good about this eating style, you decide what works for your lifestlye. No two people are alike!
