Default Question?.............

Hi
I really enjoy how this new eating style makes me feel. But I wonder is it the fact that Im cutting out mostly carbs or is it the fact that I am eating less and moving more. The only reason I ask is I have been stuck at 150-152 for the last two weeks and still excercising (the firm) and doing well following the rules of atkins etc. I had alot of things to do and ate Atkins bars for 2 meals and then a Mc Donalds salad (with chicken for the other) and finally the scale moved to 148.....but quickly jumped back when I ate more the next day......Im a bit frustrated because on another plan I was on when I lost the weight I know I didnt fluctuate as much as I do with Atkins.......do you think Im eating too much? So on top of everything else Im wondering maybe calories really do count much more than I thought.
I am not pigging out on the days that I actually get to eat 3 full meals either.....
Anyway I started at 168 and now (this am 149) so Im thrilled the FIRM video is really what they say 10 uses and you see results. I see muscles......and bones........so Im happy just a bit confused.
Thanks

Yes, weight does tend to go up and down...but more down than up in the long run .

If you cut out the bars and stick to natural foods you might see better results. this is a way of eating focussed on good foods not meal replacement bars and other stuff like that.

If you stick to the plan you shouldn't need to count calories.

Hi,
I don't think you should worry, they say the less you have to loose the slower it goes.
Also I noticed you are excersising, and muscle weighs more than fat so keep at it and I agree to cut the Atkins bars for a bit to see if that helps.
Good luck, Hev.
