Thanks for the info... I'm not much of an ice cream
eater, never have been, usually a tablespoon or two from the carton will do.
T just seems nice to know it's in the freezer if I want it.
Sometimes on this induction phase, I crave things I really never ate much before... like cold juicy apples and
crunchy stuff...but I am finding great replacements for the crunchy, so that is solved. eg. pork rinds...pumpkin seeds... my own cheese crackers... ect.
I spray pam on a plate...sprinkle with shreadded parm cheese... and put in microwave for 2 min. when it's done let it cool...break into crackers, and dip into your favorite no sugar low carb pasta sauce..... SOOOO satisfying!
