Default HELP Is this true ?

Hi everyone
Just now that I convinced everyone that Atkins is a healty way to loose
weight an article abouth Atkins tells them the opposite.
The article said that Atkins died of a hartproblem and that he was also overweight
Is this true ?

Hi Dana,

It most certainly is not true. Dr Atkins most definitely died as a result of a head injury sustained when he slipped on an icy sidewalk.

He was in a coma for 8 days before he died, and in that time, he retained a lot of fluid, so that his weight when he died was a lot higher than when he was admitted to hospital. As an ICU nurse, I can assure you that that does happen.

If you check our LC Research section, you'll see various threads where this is discussed. The articles that are telling these lies about Dr Atkins are written by people who want to discredit Dr Atkins by any means they can think of. Telling lies is pretty easy for them, and they don't seem to care about the distress they are causing Dr Atkins' widow.
