Just wanting some feed back
Tomorrow will be my last day of week 7 on Atkins.. I have lost a total of 12 lbs. Not as good as I would have hoped really.. So I am just wanting to get some feed back on how things look.. Here is the past monthly average total from tracking my meals on fitday. Is there anything that seems like I could work on to help things along a little bere. I have drinking approx. 80 oz a water a day. And only one "cheat" on labor day (one slice of pizza) and no artificial sweetners except for one diet/caffine free pepsi as "getting threw the week" reward
